Hello readers!! Sorry I haven't posted in a while, I've been hitting the gym like a mofo and I haven't had time to craft or renovate. I'm talking hot yoga with some hard body hardcore yogis, running with Charlie, and aquacize with my local seniors (they are my heros). I'm even trying spinning tonight, and I assume after that point my legs will be jelly. Why am I doing this? I'm going to Mazatlan in 10 days and I still have some holiday weight to murder. I want to be bffs with my skinny jeans.
I wonder though how I'm going to keep my momentum after my vacation. Any tips on long term fitness out there?!
