I had a dinner party (with my NEW dining room table; more on that later!) and the bocconcini salad with a honey balsamic vinaigrette was a hit! The salad part was easy peasy: greens, basil, cherry tomatoes and bocconcini. My sister, Kaitlyn, made the dressing. THANKS, Kaitlyn! Check out the fierce salad pictures I took!!!
I usually take pictures at night because this time of year, Calgary has about 6 hours of sunlight :( I took matters into my own hands with a home made light diffuser (lamp on a chair, lol). How’s my lighting?!
